GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SPECIFICATION

Products offered by New Choreographic Design

  • Workshops/Classes are limited to a maximum number of participants.

  • The places will be allocated after receipt of the registrations and are reserved only after receipt of the payment. 

  • In the event of cancellation of a paid workshop, 90% of the paid price will be refunded if the cancelation is up to 1 week prior to the workshops. No refunds will be possible after that. 

  • Payment must be made before the workshop.

  • Registration and registration of minors is only possible with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • In case of missed participation no money will be refunded.

  • The participant must register with the registration confirmation at the beginning of the workshop.

  • New Choreographic Design reserves the right to cancel workshops and events at short notice.

  • New Choreographic Design reserves the right to change the location of events, workshops and performances.

  • The house rules of the respective venues are to be followed. 

  • New Choreographic Design cannot be hold responsible for damages, stolen or lost personal valuables and injuries. Each participant is responsible for himself.

  • Participants in events, workshops and theatre performances give New Choreographic Deisgn their express permission to be filmed and photographed for public representations. If this is not desired, this must be communicated in advance.

  • Filming and photographing of the workshops without the consent of the instructors or NewChoreographicDesign is not permitted.

Workrelationship with New Choreographic Design

  • Workshop/classes hold the limited maximum amount of participants as agreed on

  • In the event of cancellation of classes, workshops and/or performances, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged if the cancelation is up to 2 weeks prior to the classes, workshops and/or performances. In the event of cancellation 3 weeks prior to the classes, workshops and /or performances 50% of the agreed amount will be charged. Cancellations to 4 weeks prior to the classes, workshops and/or performances will not be charged.

  • New Choreographic Design reserves the right to ask for a pre-payment up to 50% of the agreed amount, to reserve the dates, and as needed purchases material needed for the project. If the pre-payment will not be payed, New Choreographic Design reserves the right to retrace from any given agreement immediately.

  • If agreed on a quotation of any kind by both or more parties, the amount asked by New Choreographic Design is linked to the amount of hours, material and job specification. Work that exceed one of those condition, New Choreographic Design will update the quotation with the new estimated costs and will start with the exceeded work after an agreement on the new conditions. Work outside agreements can include (contact hours, administration hours, cleaning hours, work through breaks etc.)

  • In case of a not fullfilled payment after a maximum of 30 days, New Choreographic Design will send a payment reminder. If this payment reminder will not be fullfilled, additional costs of 40€ will be charged for the following payment reminder. If once again the payment is not fullfilled, New Choreographic Design will charge 10% extra on the outstanding amount for the last payment reminder. After that further steps will be set by the debt collection agency. Those cost will be also charged to the client.

  • Intellectual rights on choreography, teaching toolkit, inspirational material who are used during the working period do not belong directly to New Choreographic Design. All intellectual rights remain in the hands of Dance Free and Nelse Performer Teacher.

Worksafety

  • To be able to teach in a safe environment for the teachers as for the participants, New Choreographic Design asks for a clean workingspace. This means clean floor, cleaned up room without tables and chairs, children proof plugs and no dangerous object in immediate reach of participants. In any case New Choreographic Design is not responsible for injuries or situation that will happen if those conditions are not met. New Choreogrphic Design remains the right to cancel classes and workshop on location if this conditions are not met and the class and workshop will be fully charged.

  • Participants need to participate on bare feet or with shoes that fit the room and their physical body. Any participation with socks or shoes that are not ment to be danced with can lead to injuries. This responsibility lies with the person who joins the class or if under 18 with the parents. We will highlight the risk and disclose that it is not safe. By continuing the class, New Choreographic Design nor the teachers are responsabel for any injuries. We remain the right in any situation of dangers to others to remove the person from the class without a refund.
